In tonight s Family Healthcast new research finds that a drug to treat high blood pressure may also be able to reduce eye damage in people with diabetes Diabetic retinopathy caused by changes in blood vessels in the retina is a leading cause of adult blindness in the United States but results from several new studies find a simple blood pressure medication may relieve or even prevent some of the eye damage
